So the Classification Board has classified each and every one of
those links to make sure they're really RC then, yes?

That costs $600 per classifiable item.  The IWF list is about 1000
URLs, give or take, so that'll be over half a million dollars.

Varies from ISP to ISP.  Some UK ISPs who use the IWF list use it
as part of a "value-add" optional service instead of using it for
everyone.

If it ever happens, yes. 

Reviews of the Classification Guidelines require unanimous consent from
all State Attorneys General.  No particular reason at this point to
believe that a review will be able to deliver any achievable outcomes.

The next step in 12 months time is probably partially dependent on the
status of the Senate after the election.  Readers might like to very 
carefully consider their upper-house vote, perhaps as soon as next 
month.
