[AusNOG] Junior techs

Hear, Hear. Participation is not the point this list, neither is beery
catchups, personal dsl issues, flame wars or irrelevent n00bs. Regardless
of participation, this list is for network operators and network operation
issues. The main list is a inside line on real issues, and the off-list is
a personal networking back channel to solving day to day issues - even the
journos and managers who monitor this list appreciate that and don't
interfere. There are plenty of other environments to discuss these other
items, and if you'd like to make social forum, go make one, and invite us
all, once. In the meantime, unless its operations related, hold your finger
over the send button and think.
