Just in case you haven't seen it, it's worth reading 

RFC3531 - A Flexible Method for Managing the Assignment of Bits of an
IPv6 Address Block

It suggests a method of ordering the assignment of your subnets such
that you can change your aggregation boundaries later if necessary.
