[AusNOG] [apnic-talk] RIPE NCC Position On The ITU IPv6 Group

I don't find any reason or need by ITU for any standardization, country wise
allocation or any other reason someone may think of. A structure already
exists through the respective RIR's. Where is the need for duplication?
Seems to be a muscle flexing or empire building ex!!
