Hi James

Technically, I'm sure this would be possible. But it would defeat the
whole point of the briefing if people couldn't speak candidly because it
was being recorded.

I guess there's probably not an option to make this available in a
streaming/recorded format for noggers?

Hi 'nogers.

We are thinking of getting the team from Herbert Geer up to Brisbane to
provide an industry briefing relating to the outcomes from the landmark
decision earlier this month in the Federal Court where iiNet was
successful in its case against the Australian Federation Against
Copyright Theft on behalf of 34 applicants including Hollywood's major
film studios.

PIPE would pay for it (we want to be briefed ourselves, so we're just
adding a few more seats) but seats would be limited. If anyone in the
Industry (in Brisbane) is interested, then please drop Dale Clapperton a
line and we can work out the details. Again, I will stress that seats
will be limited to another 10 to 20.

Cheers
