Hey Ryan,
Good to hear :) iseek are pretty good! Just thought I would point you in the right direct if you were still stuck.
When it comes to dealing with most ISP your best bet is to hit the website or the support contacts you were provided when you first got services.
Most of the time the support desk/NOC will be able to help you or at least point you in the right direct.
Corporate ISP are a little different as you pay extra to get a certain level of support so the support people you talk to most of the time are much higher level then in your consumer grade stuff or at least they will pass it on to someone that can deal with it!
If you don't get a level of service that is within your SLA or agreed upon expectations then you can always go to your account manager (who is most likely just going to talk/yell to the same person you just got off the phone with in support :) ).
