Agreed on the CDN front though but it might be way too "revolutionary" or
"forward-thinking" for the IT staff who are there.... maybe you should send
the Internode CDN sales staff over for a visit!
I don't think it's the IT staff; For the most party they seem clueful.
But they're hamstrung by resources, like any other Government department.
And the IT staff who keep these things running aren't necessarily the same
people who design them in the first place.
