[AusNOG] anyone have a contact at cisco who can fix their filters?

Hi List,

does anyone have a contact at cisco who can update their filters ?

I have a client who has a nice shiny new v4 range in the 49/8 range that
cannot get access to cisco site and email servers.

and since its a network built on all cisco its making it hard to download
new IOS's....
