As previously discussed, the content of your current email thread is not appropriate for this list.  The continual distribution of the details of a commercial dispute (and now legal dispute according to your email) is simply not acceptable.

As you say, there are technical issues resulting from this dispute that may be of general interest to the list membership.  However, the operational / technical value of this thread could have easily been conveyed to the list and discussed in depth without the inclusion of the names of the individuals and companies involved in the dispute.  Please refrain from posting any further "updates" to this list that contain any specifics pertaining to the dispute, the parties involved, or the employees of those parties.
