This isn't a primarily technical list, it's an network
operator/operational list (Cisco NSP being an example of a technical
list). I think there would be plenty of people on it who could be
presented with a similar situation and would benefit from knowing how
it had been handled in the past, what did or didn't work, who better to
talk to etc. to try to get it resolved (i.e. routes correctly announced
by or on behalf of the party who APNIC has assigned them to.)
