May I take this opportunity to remind everyone of the purpose and charter of this mailing list.  This list exists for the discussion of technical and / or operation issues that are, or may be of interest to the general community of network operators in Australia.  It is not to be used for outlining details of commercial disputes or matters of a legal nature between parties, even if those parties are network operators and members of this list.
