Really.  The whole eHealth thing is a furphy being used after the fact to
justify a decision that has already been made.  If we wanted an eHealth
system we could have one, it has zero to do with the NBN.  This is as bad as
MMC trying to use defense and social security to justify the damn thing.  If
it can't stand on it's own merits, then we don't need it.
