Wow. Is he speaking?

He (et al) has a great paper in one of the recent commsoc journals[1]
on data centre design and planning for future bandwidth capacity.

One of the assertions is that installing ROADMs (reconfigurable
optical add drop muxes) will muck up future ultra high bandwidth
systems that will be required between future data centres.

Isn't that what everyone's doing these days on new fibre runs?
