If this kind of representation is valued by the AusNOG community at large, perhaps
the community could arrange to fund the required travel (as ICANN won't be doing so
at this stage)?

ICANN is looking for Trusted Community Representatives (TCRs) to help us
carry out various technical security operations.

DNSSEC key ceremonies are carried out in English. TCRs must therefore
