Should we also do the same for 5/8 given it's heavy use by Hamachi?  And
every other network that people have used incorrectly for some reason?

I still like the approach someone else suggested - give 1.x.y.0/24 to
Google, and ask them to exclusively host google.com/youtube.com/etc on it
for a week or two.  I'm sure the bogon lists will be updated pretty damn
quickly...
