[AusNOG] New /21 on Bogan / Delinquent Lists

Hi,
As someone who has also had issues getting one our recent apnic ranges
'routable', I'd like to have some kind of name and shame if operators
who are running these outdated filter lists. If nothing it will help
collate a list of people who's doors you go knocking on when you find
you're 'bogon'd'.
I'm aware that the ripe project was doing some kind of reachability
tests, but they weren't actively doing it for my range at the time
(within 110/8)
I'm happy to try and implent some kind of 'offender directory' if it'd
be helpful to the community at large.
