[AusNOG] Optus SMS Outage in Brisbane?

Unable to reproduce in NSW (Central Coast).  Able to text Telstra and
Vodafone from Optus 3G.

Evening All,

Anyone with Optus having issues sending SMS off-net? Data, Voice and
Optus -> Optus seems OK just cant push any messages through to any
other networks?
Have just driven across town (not to try and send a SMS) and its the same
issue.
