[AusNOG] Soul/TPG buying Pipe ...

Peering points are relatively easy to replace in most locations.   Some already have alternatives already.
But the common thing that we, iiNET and other rely on is PIPE dark fibre for exchange backhaul.   Harder to replace rapidly.

I'm sure more will be revealed as time goes on.  Hopefully we'll find out more now the announcement has been made.
