[AusNOG] Windows Messenger servers

Hi guys,
Just wondering, is anyone else experiencing connectivity issues to  
Microsoft based services MSN / live messenger / MSN.com ?

I have a couple of mates in NZ reporting it to me and I myself and  
another co-worker cannot connect.
