Kris,

 

One of two things: Either 20CM of mast space with 2A at 12v or a
highly-contented (1:40 or the scraps of someone's business grade
service) 10Mb/10Mb back to DC1 to get to my mother in law's investment
property. I am trying to bring her onto BayNET (a managed WAN that
connects all of my family). 

 

I am happy to promise rate-limiting during peak times. I can't see the
link doing more than 100GB a month at a max.

 

I don't need an SLA, I don't care if it's unlicensed/oversold up the
whazoo. Best-effort is fine. I know it's a bizarre request.  Don't
bother with business-grade quotes, I don't want to waste your time with
something I can't afford!
