[AusNOG] International traffic issues yesterday

Yeah - I read some of the posts on WP and knew AJC and SX were fine. I wasn't sure if it were SMW3 or a just terrestrial/SDH/routing issue somewhere. Just was wondering if there is a more detailed explanation that's all.
