Yeah, we've been bitten by their misconfigured mail servers before  
too. Its been going on for years with Telstra :(

Wouldn't be such a big deal if it was a small ISP.. but unfortunately  
Telstra/Optus have a large enough chunk of the market that you're  
bound to be bitten in these circumstances.

The only thing thats given away to our customer that Telstra are  
causing problems for them for recieving mail is that their Telstra  
mailbox is now bouncing messages saying 'mailbox full'.  Duh!

If anyone in optus land is listening, please get in touch with me!
