Yes you can, you just need to take your links down if served with
an interim link-deletion notice or a final link-deletion notice,
which can only be served if the link at issue is hosted in Australia.

Section 62 "Action to be taken in relation to links services"
Ignoring a link deletion notice risks an $11k per day fine; but if you
never receive such a notice, you don't need to take any action to
proactively remove links.
