You were lucky, I could have had 300 baud but there was nothing
to connect to in Kalgoorlie Western Australia that wouldnt have
cost a lot more than I could afford back then in STD rates :-(

2400 baud helped keep the call times down :-)

How times have changed and how so many of us take it all for
granted now. We all have so many industrious people to thank !

Including Geoff Huston who's name I can remember poping up
like for what seems forever :-)  (and a few other names)
