[AusNOG] IPv6 Transit (non Vocus/NTT)

I don't believe VzB is soon - AS701 barely shows any v6 let alone AS703.

Singtel have just turned on some v6, Telstra have some v6 in AS1221, but 
only via Tunnels.  Reach has only recently done anything with v6.
TNZI have a single prefix so far, so AAPT might have some ability.

FWIW - Internode runs the IP network - Agile doesn't provide transit.
