[AusNOG] DC in Melbourne?

Hey all,

Someone is asking for advice about a 'DC' in Melbourne located at:

154 Melrose Drive, Tullamarine

I don't know what this supposed DC is called... Google Street view shows some old Glass factory.

Anyone know about it, and does anyone know about the fibre running past that address.
