[AusNOG] Connexus Looking Glass / Network Tools

All,

I'm trying to trace a bandwidth issue with one of our customers and need some traces & BGP routes from inside Connexus. Anyone know if they have a public looking glass as my google skills are failing me.

Before anyone asks I haven't contacted their NOC yet as I haven't explored the issue fully from our side.
