[AusNOG] Bandwidth Costs for a US Colo

Unless I'm missing something, that seems about right for hosting bandwidth
in the US - if anything maybe even a bit high for somewhere as central as
Chicago.

We've got a rack in Steadfast (at roughly the prices listed on that URL) and
to date I can't knock them at all.
