[AusNOG] POP/ Data centre interconnectivity carrier solution

Hey,
Al I'm looking for interstate carrier which may be sdh or Ethernet based but
that needs to support the following-
 
-QinQ(Double tagged packet in/out from the carrier)
-Jumbo frames
-VPLS
-MPLS packets 
 
This is for POP and data centre interconnectivity.
 
Can anyone provide me cost effective carriers?
