So we can book flights / transportation etc, What time does the Conference expect to kick off on the Monday, and, are there any unofficial events planned for the night before?

The call for presentations is still open and we are still receiving  
submissions.  Sorry but we don't plan on publishing the full programme  
for a another few weeks.
