[AusNOG] Telstra Looking-Glass/Trace

This might be location-dependant. I happen to know there's multiple
webservers which are selected on a proximity basis. If Melbournites are
seeing issues whilst Sydney folks are fine, I would go out on a limb that
host(s) in Melbourne are experiencing difficulty.
