i'd tend to agree - have a fault open with them as went to do stuff in custdata this morning and found the entire portal gone.

It looks like the whole www.telstra.net<http://www.telstra.net> site is not so healthy.
I suspect the disappearance of the traceroute tool is not entirely intentional.
