Our (someone we know) reasonable priced cabler has been doing a lot work in Globalswitch and has got to know the guys in there and the layout of the site quite well.  He has been doing a lot of inter-floor fibre cabling for large and small ISP with a presence in Globalswitch - others who have used him might want to give him a plug.
