Absolutely.  Hard to imagine a datacentre of any repute that relies on  
"Commercial Power".  If Optus doesn't actually have their own gen sets  
at Elizabeth St then you'd have to question their commitment to their  
network and their customers.

Apparently Optus has a Major Fibre Cut between Elizabeth St
Sydney CBD
and their Roseberry Exchange.



Affecting half of their CBD ATM network.
