[AusNOG] Major Optus Fibre cut Sydney CBD

If it's the same outgage that has just been resolved, then I thought it was power related. The message I got was:

"Optus advised that Commercial Power failure in  Building in Elizabeth St Sydney and they are heading to site with a Generator to supply power for transmission equipment."

Maybe these recent power issues will cause POP/DC providers to consider their own redundancies and maybe check they work too. We can but hope...
