[AusNOG] Conroy announcement on filtering

Not sure if anyone has commented on this before or not, but I was just
reading the Telstra report on Internet filtering:

There's one thing in there that really stood out:

 

"In any planned deployment Telstra would prevent customer access to
non-Telstra DNS, thus eliminating an alternate DNS circumvention."

 

That seriously falls under the realms of WTF. I sincerely hope that no other
ISP is considering this.
