[AusNOG] [nznog] FW: Final phase of four-byte AS number policy begins 1January 2010

PIPE can offer 4 byte AS support for IP transit now, and will be in a
position to offer 4 byte AS support for peering in January (the route
reflectors can do it now, it's the backend that's pending).
