[AusNOG] anyone seeing peering flaps in Sydney Pipe Peering ?

They were indeed - the issue appears to be IOS related, and we have an
open TAC case with Cisco to investigate.  Whatever it is, it's affected
two different Cisco platforms.

It's early days, but if there are no configuration workarounds then we
might be up for an emergency IOS upgrade later today or tonight.
