[AusNOG] Google launches alternative DNS resolver

Well, according to DNS purity crowd, those things are a Bad Idea. Obviously anyone relying on them deserves what they get. ;)

My initial observation is that a traceroute showed them to be >200ms away from me so they don't really speed up "My Internet", at least not yet.
