Hi AARNET, what are your domestic/international rates like in 2009,
and is it still split > 80% international usage for some weird reason?
(Read: because everyone I've spoken to as a random student or academic
not specifically massively funded for a specific project is too afraid
to download anything these days lest their department goes over quota? :)
