[AusNOG] Experiences with Primus as transit provider

Hi all,

Does anyone have any experiences working with Primus as a transit
provider that you would be willing to share (good or bad, off-list or
on-list)?

I'm particularly interested in real-life customer information about
their support - i.e. can you get someone on the phone who can
troubleshoot BGP issues at 3am.
