[AusNOG] PowerTel left PIPE?

I don't see PowerTel's AS9837 via PIPE peering anymore.   Unfortunately 
it's all going west out through WAIX.
I guess it balances - Soul is now behind TPG but PowerTel has been 
pulled behind AAPT.  
I really wish AAPT/TNZ would peer more freely in Oz with people who have 
zero transit relationship with them.  (If anyone from TNZ/AAPT feels 
like reaching out, my email address is below).
