That's a pretty well written article, coming from mass-media so early  
in the peace.

It would have been nice if they'd got the opinions of some other ISPs  
beyond BigPond. But at least BigPond are agreeing with the rest of the  
industry on this one. That should certainly help.

And, given that the media appear to be 'getting the right message'  
this early in the peace, it'll be interesting to see how long it is  
before the Government quietly puts this one to sleep again, as has  
happened in the past.
