There are some inaccuracies in Roger's document. I specifically 
remembering having to renumber Adelaide Uni's DECnet area so we could 
connect to interstate Unis via DECnet across AARNet. We were already 
connected to SAIT and SACAE with unique areas but the national plan was 
different.
