[AusNOG] Swiftel BGP contact

Not sure.  We filter at /24 on all external peers, but this doesn't stop
prefix-limits from being hit and dropping sessions when someone leaks
their whole IGP to an IX.

Why is AUSIX even allowing prefixes of that size being leaked into it?
