yep  - its not complicated at all - pick a city, nominate a date, get 
some speakers organized who are willing to talk about relevant 
operational issues, as distinct from marketing crap, and with he help of 
a sponsor or two then you are pretty much there!

(most of which I think is already done, as I've seen on this list in the 
last week!)


So just DO it!
