It's great to see so much support and interest in the conference.  I  
hope that the enthusiasm continues right through till the event itself.

I'll drop an email to everyone that's offered to help in the coming  
week or so to get an idea of what you'd like to do / how much time  
you have / where you physically are located etc.  From there we can  
divvy up the work and start making some plans.  The key to an event  
like this is the quality of the content.  I'm sure we collectively  
have enough contacts to make this a very interesting and worthwhile  
conference.

Rob / Matthew, I'll drop you guys a line too to start discussing how  
we can best work in with you.  Being able to dovetail in with AusCERT  
is a fantastic opportunity.  Much appreciated.
