[AusNOG] Equinix + Soul Outage

Hey everyone,

Had an outage up here in Brisbane with Pegasus as well, our rack lost  
transit. ICMP via PIPE seemed to be working (though a little latent),  
but would not go beyond the bne.servers.net.au router. Seems that  
we're not the only one having problems at the moment!
