[AusNOG] Comindico SPTEL dial DNS issues

Ok I admit I a not a guru on DNS but I know all my users are getting DNS
errors and page can not be found problems but after 5 or more refreshes they
will come up.
If I manually talk threw changes to there routers and change the DNS to
someone else's all works fine.
