It has the possibly spammy format it has in order to convey concisely what it is I'm offering.<br><br>I've since read what I take to be the list charter and I put it to that you I am:<br><br>"A network operator (not a vendor) ... notifying of... surplus networking or data centre related ... components"<br><br>Which of course, hinges on 'components'. On reflection, I grant myself a reprieve.<br><br>Some may argue for and some against.
